Nowadays, not many young Indonesian people like English so much, especially all the gentlemen. I am very proud of those young executives who can speak English very well as if it is their own mother tongue. Many of them, too, are ashamed of using the language even though they know very well about it. They are okay and perfect in terms of a written English, but when it comes to a spoken one they become so nervous — because they’ve never had an encouragement to practice it. So the key to speak English is “do practice it” whenever you are or wherever you are. (It sounds almost like a jingle for Coca Cola…………..LOL).
As I have told you in my first article I am not an expert in English and my skill for this language is still far away from perfect. That’s why I did it on purpose opened this blog entitled Be With Me To Learn English or in other words you can say it like this: Be With Me In Learning English — you can use them either one. So encourage yourselves to speak with your friends in English. Do not bother about the grammar. It doesn’t mean that grammar is not important. O yeah, it’s very important but don’t worry — because it will follow automatically when practicing the language. Trust me.
For your information I had been working with an International Organization called Unicef and Unicef is one of within UN Systems. I can assure you that English is one of the UN languages. The other languages are: Arabic, Chinese Mandarin, French, Russian and Spanish. So you can see how important is English for you if you want to join foreign companies. So start learning it and then practice it, especially for those beginners. No try — No gain.
Note: I am a newbie on this blogging things, I still have to find out what is the simplest way to correct exercises done by you. Temporarily you can send them via my INBOX MESSAGE in Facebook such as the following:
